Dr. Worthy is THE best Psychologist! I've grown so much in the past two months. She is an amazing listener, but most importantly she provides skills to help cope with and face my anxiety and depression. Her goal, clearly, is to provide me with the tools i need to combat my irrational thought patterns. I truly appreciate the 'homework' she gives me. It helps me apply what we talk about in our sessions. Dr. Worthy is a blessing!

I loved the fact that a GROUP of doctors and therapists are all on the same communication and are working together to help me instead of me choosing separate doctors and hoping they all coordinate.Coordination is so important in mental health patients because there is the WHOLE BODY AND MIND that effect the outcome. I like the set up with multiple therapies going on and the doctors know each other. Thank you!
