The office is very clean, well run, everyone is very friendly, plenty of parking, friendly nurses and doctors! I get seen quickly too!

Office has improved a lot since previous years. Wait time to see a doctor or PA was acceptable.
Seemed to have more medical assistants which is helpful. Office appearance improvement with more useful chair style in waiting room. Continued great reception and checkout employees as these 2 women have been in their positions for a steady amount of time.

Easy to get an appointment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. the nurses are very helpful and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Hoxha is one of the best pcp around. She listens to you and repeats things back to ensure its what I said. She is friendly and makes you feel like family. My wife met her at one of my appointments and immediately picked her as her pcp.

Fast check in and out. Great blood drawing technicians, and Dr. Lacroix is thorough in his analysis during appointments. He will not hesitate to give referrals if he thinks need a specialist.

I love how my PCM is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, considerate and friendly. Also, his nurse is wonderful as well and easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable and in great hands here. The office staff are friendly and helpful as well. These things are very important to me!

Everyone is so nice and get to know you on a personal level. Makes it feel like small town. They know my name without me telling them and I'm not there a lot. They take time to listen and help.with whatever they can.
