Dr, Hoxha has a relaxed nature that makes you feel comfortable during your visit. She aporoches sensitive subjects professionally and shared her knowlege appropraitely, ensureing I understood my future treatment plan. She makes you feel like she is truly in a c partnership with you and your future healthcre goals.
The Medical Assistna, Elisa was professional and friendly. She worked efficiently to prepare me for Dr. Hoxha's visit. Her enthuiasm for the role she play is evedent through her interactions with the patient and staff!

I like the fact that Doctor Lacroix takes time to listen to me and give me objective feedback. The front office staff is excellent. In fact, the lady upfront remembers my name six months later. The lady who draws my blood is friendly and has some excellent gentle technique and uses distraction to make me think of something else during the bloodletting process. The atmosphere of the office is pleasant. Although the location is 18 miles away from my home I still prefer to go there. [patient's full name]

I moved here in 2002, and I picked Baptist because it was the nearest Hospital to where I live, but in saying that I picked a Baptist PCP and I love my Doctor, I caught pneumonia and went to Baptist downtown and they were amazing I am 66 years old now and they are still the best anyone could ask for, I will always be with Baptist for me they are the best.
