I really appreciated how nice everyone us and how efficient the office was run. My old primary care practice (not affiliated with Baptist Health) was always really slow, no one listened to you, and appointment times did not necessarily mean you would actually ne called back on time (sometimes I'd sit in the lobby for over an hour). I really appreciated how timely this office runs in comparison.

Dr, Hoxha has a relaxed nature that makes you feel comfortable during your visit. She aporoches sensitive subjects professionally and shared her knowlege appropraitely, ensureing I understood my future treatment plan. She makes you feel like she is truly in a c partnership with you and your future healthcre goals. The Medical Assistna, Elisa was professional and friendly. She worked efficiently to prepare me for Dr. Hoxha's visit. Her enthuiasm for the role she play is evedent through her interactions with the patient and staff!
