Dr. Lacroix seems to care. They had no appt. times , so went to walk in clinic on a Friday , to no avail. . Dr., Lacroix had cancellation and saw me in Mon .Easy to communicate by phone with staff.

First, Sherry is the best. Gets you signed in and ready for your appointment promptly. Secondly Dr. Lacroix is a good communicator-listener giving you an opportunity to discuss any questions you have and then provide an answer. All of the staff are very friendly and authentic.

I like the fact that Doctor Lacroix takes time to listen to me and give me objective feedback. The front office staff is excellent. In fact, the lady upfront remembers my name six months later. The lady who draws my blood is friendly and has some excellent gentle technique and uses distraction to make me think of something else during the bloodletting process. The atmosphere of the office is pleasant. Although the location is 18 miles away from my home I still prefer to go there. [patient's full name]
