Able to make annual wellness appointment in reasonable time frame. Receptionists are professional and check-in patients efficiently. Wait time is reasonable. Nurse is professional in taking vitals for visit and listening to patient wurstions. Dr. LaCroix is professional in reviewing bloodwork, treating patient, ask if any questions, listens and provides answers. Asked about refills and on this we miscommunicated. I thought I said no refills. But he submitted me for another refill of statins that I just had refilled. No problem, I just had pharmacy cancel it. Baptist has user friendly patient website. Overall happy with Dr LaCroix & Baptist.

Love Dr. LaCroix! What an improvement since switching to him after what’s his face retired and the NPRN I always saw quit. Staff is very personable. Love the phlebotomist and convenience of having the on-site lab.

Online pre-check-in, rapid check-in on arrival - my physician's assistant was even waiting to escort me to his office and perform her preparatory medical checks while I was completing my arrival check-in, during my most recent visit.

The staff is very helpful and compassionate. Dr. LaCroix listens and understands and addresses my concerns. He really takes the time to listen, order appropriate tests and follow up. I feel very comfortable talking to him regarding health concerns. Bottom line…..I trust him and believe he is an outstanding PCP. And as an RN, I can tell you, this is rare.

This visit was a very short wait time to see the doctor. And I was able to get my labs within a few minutes as well.

Appreciate all the electronic notifications and check in provisions. Able to make appointments which are completed in a timely manner. Dr LaCroix addresses concerns efficiently and make referrals as required. Check-in nurse was very nice and took care of paperwork issues for me.

They have provided good annual wellness checks, monitoring my blood work, recently prescribing statins to keep cholesterol level in normal range. Also have provided good service and referrals for other specific ailments. Dr LaCroix is friendly, listens and provides care feedback and recommendations. Appointments are usually timely.
