Dr. Russell was very patient and took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. He provided clear guidance and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and truly felt heard and cared for. I really appreciate his kindness, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommend Dr. Russell!
