I really like my PC Doctor however, I have to wait for a long time to be seen in her office. She always runs late between appointments and it's anywhere between 45 minutes to over 1 hour before she finally sees me. There has to be a way for her office staff to contact her patients and let them know she's running late instead of us waiting in the exam room.

I was very disappointed that I was asked to show about 15 minutes before my scheduled physical appointment. I needed to fill out information at home before appointment to "make things go faster. Nurse to me in to a room and then I had to sit and wait for the Dr. for 40 minutes. Not acceptable!! We get charges if we don't show up or call within 24 hours. My time is as important as yours. When the Dr. did come, I was discouraged and really didn't want to be there any longer.

I love my doctor, Dr. Ricci ??????. She has been my doctor for many many years now. She has seen me in my worst times in life and my best. I went somewhere else for a brief period and big mistake. When you get someone who listens and cares and does life with you, don???t let them go. She has a heart for people and their health and wants them to live their best life. I???m so grateful and highly recommend her. Thank you for answering the call to be an amazing doctor????

Dr Ricci has the best team!! Very respectful, pleasant and extremely efficient. When I arrive, I am met with a short checkin and in couple of minutes later am in an exam room for my appointment. Christina checked me in, asked all the relevant questions and a few more critical ones needed for my visit. All was ready for Dr Ricci who is very thorough, and takes the time to fully understand any issues. I don???t feel rushed and feel respected as a patient. Dr Ricci always provides background and reasoning for any subsequent follow-ups. With this type of commitment, communications and follow-thru, I have the upmost confidence in Dr Ricci and her team.
