Everyone is welcoming when you arrive. Dr. Ricci is awesome and a doctor that cares. She takes the time to get to know her patients and doesn’t just rush through anything. She takes the time to explain things and is never rushed to get to the next patient.

Dr Ricci is a wonderful physician who genuinely cares about the health and well being of her patients. When I became her patient many years ago, I rarely saw a doctor unless I was ill. Preventive care was a foreign concept to me. Dr Ricci has guided me through an evolution of how I view health care. I see the value of making wise lifestyle choices to avoid problems down the road. When a problem arises, Dr Ricci addresses it promptly and professionally. She truly has improved the quality of my life.

It is less than a mile from my house. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The exam room I was in was at least twice the size of any exam room I’ve ever been in which gives folks a very comfortable amount of space. Dr. Ricci was so pleasant and spent a lot of time listening to my concerns or just about my health in general. She is very professional and so thorough. This was my first visit after being relegated to healthcare at NAS JAX for the last 10 years and boy was I excited. I look forward to continuing my healthcare at this facility for many years to come.
