The staff is welcoming. Dr Kristo’s assistant is excellent. She creates a comfortable environment and puts one at ease. Dr Kristo is an outstanding doctor. Certainly very knowledgeable and professional. He is also personable and has a great bedside / in office manner. He does not rush the visit and ensures my questions, concerns, and options are fully explored. We are blessed to have Dr Kristo and his team in Fernandina Beach.

i had been seeing Dr [last name] since 2017 and was very thankful for the attention he provided me. Recently I was hospitalized with a urological problem and Dr [last name] came to Baptist Nassau to check on me and I was extremely happy with the way he explained his concerns and plans for healing me. A few days later I was saw by ARNP Bruland in the Office and a month later Nurse Bruland performed a cystoscope procedure. Nurse Bruland explained the entire procedure before,during, and after results to my children and I.

Very friendly staff and Dr. Kristo was very easy to talk to. He explained my situation thoroughly, even showed me my ultrasound and MRI screens. I appreciated that very much. I was therefore able to make an informed decision as to further treatment.

I was taken promptly at my scheduled appointment time ant the assistant introduced herself and explained what to expect . She initially explained that a urine sample was needed and brought me to the rest room and showed me the sample cup and explained the necessary procedure prior to obtaining the sample. When I was finished she took the sample and completed what was necessary then brought me to the exam room where she explained the procedure she would perform prior to the Doctor’s visit. She also, reviewed my medications and over the counter therapeutics that I take as well as allergies to meds, and preferred pharmacy then explained that complaints and concerns would be discussed with Dr. K. After she left the room Dr. K knocked and entered and listened to my complained and evaluated my condition. He listened and was easy to talk with, was professional and knowledgeable. Explained what the plan was and asked if I had any further questions, then escorted me to the area of “check-out”. I felt the visit from the time I arrived to the time I left was efficient, professional and exceptional.

All of the staff were very attentive. Quick to get into the room to be seen, although the doctor was involved with another patient, and there was wait time.
