The staff is welcoming. Dr Kristo’s assistant is excellent. She creates a comfortable environment and puts one at ease. Dr Kristo is an outstanding doctor. Certainly very knowledgeable and professional. He is also personable and has a great bedside / in office manner. He does not rush the visit and ensures my questions, concerns, and options are fully explored. We are blessed to have Dr Kristo and his team in Fernandina Beach.

Very friendly staff and Dr. Kristo was very easy to talk to. He explained my situation thoroughly, even showed me my ultrasound and MRI screens. I appreciated that very much. I was therefore able to make an informed decision as to further treatment.

I was taken promptly at my scheduled appointment time ant the assistant introduced herself and explained what to expect . She initially explained that a urine sample was needed and brought me to the rest room and showed me the sample cup and explained the necessary procedure prior to obtaining the sample. When I was finished she took the sample and completed what was necessary then brought me to the exam room where she explained the procedure she would perform prior to the Doctor’s visit. She also, reviewed my medications and over the counter therapeutics that I take as well as allergies to meds, and preferred pharmacy then explained that complaints and concerns would be discussed with Dr. K. After she left the room Dr. K knocked and entered and listened to my complained and evaluated my condition. He listened and was easy to talk with, was professional and knowledgeable. Explained what the plan was and asked if I had any further questions, then escorted me to the area of “check-out”. I felt the visit from the time I arrived to the time I left was efficient, professional and exceptional.

You are greeted by the staff in a friendly way and then they ask if they can help you. I had a couple questions during check in which they answer with respect and professionalism. Upon being escorted to my room for the checkup the PA was pleasant and showed concerned for me as we discuss my history. When I finally met Dr. Kristo he was extremely polite explained everything and answer all my. Did not seem rush as we ended the visit when I had no more questions.

Very friendly and informative. Dr. Kristo told me everything he was going to do before he did it during my biopsy. Very little wait time in the waiting room and the procedure was fast and efficient.
