The office staff is professional and the waiting time was minimal. Dr. Kristo is down to earth and a great listener! He gave me simple, practical ways to prevent kidney stones from forming, and it appears to be working! He gives different informed options for solutions, but doesn't push you in any one direction. He seems to take a personal interest in you, unlike other places, in which you just feel like a number. The office communicates well. They do answer when you call, and if they don't know the answers to your questions, they will promptly respond after finding out. So glad we discovered Dr. Kristo!
