The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. Doctor Kristo was wonderful! He did a fantastic job explaining my test results. Doctor Kristo took the time to explain my condition and he worked out a plan to help me understand what was going on with my illness. I would definitely recommend him and his staff to anyone in need of a urologist.

Dr. Kristo and his staff were very understanding when I showed up at the wrong time for my appointment and efficient in rescheduling the appointment. Dr.Kristo was very professional and efficient in the rescheduled appointment. He was also sensitive about the cost of a prescription to address issues with my urinary stream and offered a more cost effective alternative.

Everything!!! The staff are incredible. They are super friendly, always ready and able to answer any question or concern I’ve ever had. Dr. Kristo is absolutely the best. He is thoughtful, thorough, kind and most of all accurate in diagnosing symptoms. I can not say enough about him or his office in Fernandina Beach, Fla.
