The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. There was no problem reaching the office for follow up questions we had. Dr. Kristo was very nice and obviously reviewed all of my husband's information that was transferred to him prior to his appointment. He was direct with his plan of care which was appreciated.

Entered office on time, and was shown into a patient room in 5 minutes. Jody [last name] is friendly and professional. She can put any patient at ease before seeing a doctor. Dr. Kristo review my file for just a few seconds and remembered my problems discussied year ago. Professional and meaningful visit, and handed me over to APRN for next visit unless urological problems crop up in the meantime.
