i had been seeing Dr [last name] since 2017 and was very thankful for the attention he provided me. Recently I was hospitalized with a urological problem and Dr [last name] came to Baptist Nassau to check on me and I was extremely happy with the way he explained his concerns and plans for healing me. A few days later I was saw by ARNP Bruland in the Office and a month later Nurse Bruland performed a cystoscope procedure. Nurse Bruland explained the entire procedure before,during, and after results to my children and I.

From when I check in, I've never waited more than about 3 minutes before someone brings me in for my exam. Everyone has a positive attitude and they make you feel instantly comfortable. Dr [last name] is friendly and listens to what you have to say...a true back and forth visit He also found a way to save me a bundle on a prescription. Jessica Bruland, APRN is an absolute delight! She's knowledgeable, personable, practical and has a good sense of humor. The U.S. health care system would be greatly improved if every doctor's office had a Jessica!

The Front Office went through several hurdles to get a referral from my insurance so I could get necessary medical attention. The Staff in the back are always very polite and understanding.Nurse Bruland was very knowledgeable and explained my condition to my family.I am now scheduled for follow up visit. I have been a patient of this practice for over 11 yrs. and have recommended this practice to several of my coworkers.

I arrived early from my trip up from St. Augustine expecting a longer wait as I was a half hour early. To my surprise, I went into my appointment shortly after arrival. The waiting room and appointment rooms were spotless. The best part of my visit was the friendliness of everyone I can in contact with. Everyone greeted me with a smile and treated me with kindness. I was examined by APRN Bruland who demonstrated great care for my well being and was both thoughtful and thorough. I came away both relieved and relaxed. I am so happy I decided to make the long drive up to this office.
