Everyone is welcoming, caring and professional. Urology issues can engender potentially embarrassing conversations. Jody and the other nurse whose name I unfortunately do not know make you feel welcomed and do a terrific job ameliorating that issue. Dr. [last name], who sets the tone for his office, is first rate. Knowledgeable, caring and definitely devoid of the all too frequent "physician God complex" he consistently creates the feeling that I am in good hands and well cared for. I have had the pleasure of meeting with Jessica Bruland twice. Most recently at the 9/1/26 follow up meeting after my procedure. She is a joy. At this appointment Jessica was familiar with my situation, honest and forthright about my symptoms and provided concrete, substantiated instructions from the immediate future. She either has an exceptional memory or takes extensive notes as she remembered items from our first encounter last March which were beyond clinical necessity. I feel she is a welcome adjunct to Dr. [last name] and a valuable addition to his practice. Bravo to all.

i had been seeing Dr [last name] since 2017 and was very thankful for the attention he provided me. Recently I was hospitalized with a urological problem and Dr [last name] came to Baptist Nassau to check on me and I was extremely happy with the way he explained his concerns and plans for healing me. A few days later I was saw by ARNP Bruland in the Office and a month later Nurse Bruland performed a cystoscope procedure. Nurse Bruland explained the entire procedure before,during, and after results to my children and I.

From when I check in, I've never waited more than about 3 minutes before someone brings me in for my exam. Everyone has a positive attitude and they make you feel instantly comfortable. Dr [last name] is friendly and listens to what you have to say...a true back and forth visit He also found a way to save me a bundle on a prescription. Jessica Bruland, APRN is an absolute delight! She's knowledgeable, personable, practical and has a good sense of humor. The U.S. health care system would be greatly improved if every doctor's office had a Jessica!
