The office was very clean and welcoming. Jessica, the APRN, truly listened to our concerns, showed genuine care, and addressed the problem with a follow-up appointment. I also appreciated how kind and attentive the office assistant was with my mom. she made her feel comfortable and well cared for.

The office staff are very welcoming, sincerely attentive to patients and they ru on time. But the thing that really makes the office wonderful for me is Nurse Practitioner Jessica Bruland. I have had decades of serious urological care and was pleased with every doctor and staff that I have seen in the past. That said, none have matched Jessica’s attention to detail, patience to ensure she has heard me and all my questions are answered, and her compassion for whatever I am going through. Jessica inspires my confidence in her diagnosis, her experience, her advice and her medical opinion and advice for me as her patient. She is absolutely the best medical provider of any field that I have ever seen.

The staff is always friendly and helpful from check in to check out. I could not ask for a better doctor than Doctor Jessica. She always takes time to listen to my concerns and give feedback. We have worked through my elevated PSA and the number is down from almost 14 to 6 without surgery, SHE IS A KEEPER
