The waiting room wait time is never more than a few minutes, and Dr. Annabelle Lee and her staff are absolutely the best!!!

Dr. Thway is the best rheumatologist I have had since being diagnosed in 2017. She treats me as an individual patient; she explains my condition thoroughly and answers questions with information that is easily understood.

Dr. Thway is very well informed and up to date on challenges of care in this political/economic environment. She understands not just the disease, but what it means to live with it. Excellent doctor, glad to have found her within the Baptist system. I hope she stays.

Dr Lee- expert- knowledgeable/recommends what will help my RA. Front office-Cathy- always helpful with appointments and insurance concerns. Back office- MA welcomes at visit/returns phone concerns quickly. Dr Lee has MA call and follow up on changes in my health.

It was the first time meeting Dr. Ramsubeik and she gave me a thorough examination and went over my labs. She really listened to all my questions and concerns and didn't rush me through the appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramsubeik if you have rhuemotoid arthritis and are trying to figure out the right medications to be on to get some relief.

Dr. Ramsubeik is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She calls me to check on me, responds to MyChart messages, and does not delay in treatment. Her office is very kind, professional, and got my prior authorization taken care of faster than any other office ever has!
