It is clean, easily accessible and the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee is a master at time management and you never have to wait more than a few minutes for your appointment. I leave feeling that she heard me and she never fails to give useful suggestions or help make arrangements for something that is needed.

Office staff was patient and kind, Dr was soo attentive and understanding of not only my past symptoms and care but helped make a plan for the future and to keep me going. My diagnosis isn’t a label in their office but an opportunity to help and preserve my quality and quantity of life.

It is always a pleasure visiting Baptist Rheumatology. Dr. Lee’s team in particular, is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The check in is smooth, waiting time is short and Dr. Lee takes her time with me. My requests whether in person or through the portal are generally handled with the utmost sense of urgency. Requests for prescriptions, doctor authorizations, insurance related issues are typically responded to within 24 hours.

Everyone is welcoming, friendly and professional from office staff to medical assistants.
Dr Lee takes the time to explain potential issues, as well as test results. So appreciate her expertise and gentle manner. Visit felt unhurried and I left with a clear plan of action. Special thanks to medical assistant, Linda, who was able to help me relax before my visit with Dr Lee.
