It is clean, easily accessible and the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee is a master at time management and you never have to wait more than a few minutes for your appointment. I leave feeling that she heard me and she never fails to give useful suggestions or help make arrangements for something that is needed.

It is always a pleasure visiting Baptist Rheumatology. Dr. Lee’s team in particular, is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The check in is smooth, waiting time is short and Dr. Lee takes her time with me. My requests whether in person or through the portal are generally handled with the utmost sense of urgency. Requests for prescriptions, doctor authorizations, insurance related issues are typically responded to within 24 hours.

Friendly efficient staff. Prompt answer of calls and requests. I needed clarification of needing or not needing labs prior to my office visit. Was promptly connected to Dr. Lee's medical assistant. Dr. Lee is thorough and clear. She is an Excellent clinician.
