The staff at Baptist Rheumatology and Dr. Thway made my visit and subsequent telehealth visit easy and thorough. I would highly recommend after only one visit in person and one telehealth visit to recommend your office.

I had the best experience in this office last week. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. My nurse, Linda, was extremely personable and compassionate. Dr. Thway was knowledgeable, understanding, and did not rush through my appointment. I loved that she took the time to really educate me on a potential condition, and walked me through what treatment may look like in the future. Overall, each person that I came in contact with during this appointment made it the appointment less scary and made me feel extremely comfortable to be in the office. The Baptist system is blessed to have these ladies.
