From the time I walked into the office, staff were very welcoming. The nurse that took my vitals was really friendly and put me at ease. When Dr. came in she spent time to listen to me and I could definitely feel her attention was totally on my care. Very thorough as well as easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I felt listened to and felt that everything was explained very well to me. Every lab and test was explained completely as to why it was needed and what the results meant. I also appreciated the chance to make choices in the direction for my care (trying over the counter or going right to prescriptions or trying first line treatment before continuing with more aggressive testing if not necessary. I have recommended this office and Dr Thway in particular to my PCP for any referrals they might send. My time was absolutely worth the hour plus drive to go there!

Very professional you do not have to wait a long time to go in the back to see the doctor. My only issue is I have a hard time sometimes understanding my doctor. Her accent is very thick but other than that I have no problems.

I’m very happy with the care provided by this office. Doctor Thway is excellent, very caring and knowledgeable. She has helped me with the process of moving my health care from Miami to St Augustine. She throughly explained my diagnosis and treatment. She is a wonderful, caring doctor. Martha at the front desk also helped me with information about the new area and how to go about the tests needed. Congratulations!!
