Most staff members are professional and very nice. Dr Thway is an exceptional Rheumatologist. I have been seeing Rheumatologist for at least 25 years + and not all good at diagnosing…but Dr Thway is really exceptional and it is obvious that she has a lot of solid experience to draw upon and I consider myself lucky that I now have her as my doctor. Because of her expertise I am now on the right medication that is giving me the best relief I have had in many years.

First of all the staff is wonderful to work with. Dr Thway is wonderful she is very knowledgeable and thorough. When you see her she makes you feel heard and cared for. Once established you are only required to do reasonable follow ups. Great experience with this office start to finish. 😊

Every staff member I’ve met has been friendly and efficient. None have been hurried, but have taken adequate time to do their jobs well. I’ve never had a long wait, but was always seen within a very few minutes of my appointment time. Dr Thway has taken time to address my condition and thoroughly explain the treatment plan. I couldn’t ask for better care. The office is clean and uncluttered, and I appreciate that there is no TV running!

Dr Thway is the best Rheumatologist I have seen in the last 13 years of having RA. She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She has answered more question and helped me understand RA more in my 2 visits seeing her than and other doctor I have seen. She takes her responsibility to her patients very seriously. I am so glad she is my doctor now.
