Dr. Thway is the best rheumatologist I have had since being diagnosed in 2017. She treats me as an individual patient; she explains my condition thoroughly and answers questions with information that is easily understood.

Dr. Thway is very well informed and up to date on challenges of care in this political/economic environment. She understands not just the disease, but what it means to live with it. Excellent doctor, glad to have found her within the Baptist system. I hope she stays.

The customer service is always excellent. My Doctor Dr Thway is amazing she cares about me and she tries so hard to find out what you need.

Dr. Thway is personable and displays great care for her patients. She took time to write thing down for my daughter, a nurse, to know exactly what was going on with me. She is encouraging and supportive which goes a long way with me. Her staff is above and beyond caring and pleasant. I am so grateful to the entire staff!!!

Front office and check out
Smooth process and wait time wasn't bad. My first time at this office. I have been a pts of the provider for awhile now! From the Emerson location even though I did get missed turned I was able to make it there and be seen.
