New patient here. Starting from my first call to make my appointment When I made my appointment it was over a month out, but she told me she would put me on call back list for cancellations and by the end of the week I was rescheduled to a sooner date. That was a blessing. I came for the appointment, easy check in. I was able to thank the young lady. I was seen on time. I knew I was in right place when my blood pressure was taken manually. I loathe the machines and they loathe me. Then in comes Dr. Thway. I've been suffering for years, undiagnosed but this time it was extreme. I could barely stand or walk. She asked all the right questions. She ordered a battery of lab tests. Dr. Thway is very thorough. I read the follow-up letter she sent to my primary and was so impressed. I looking forward to my follow-up appointment when we find out what going on.

Dr Thway is an amazing doctor who is very knowledgeable. She helps explain everything to you. She is my 4 rheumatologist and by far the best one. The staff is also very nice.

Virtual visits are so convenient and physician (Dr. Thway) is on time, so not waiting more than 10 minutes. She is caring and competent. I live more than 2 hours away and do not wish to change rheumatologists!

Dr Thway recognized the urgency of seeing me right away since I was experiencing corneal melting. She coordinated with my eye doctor verbally and assisted with my future care as you initial testing was negative for RA. Over the weekend Dr. Thway looked at my blood results and did my prescription so i could start immediately.
