Dr. Jami is wonderful! She takes the time to educate you on your condition, provide you with case study information, professional advice, preventative health measures, and is polite, kind and amiable. She has been patient with me in times where I was scared or resistant to accepting my condition, but also firm in a way that has been very helpful to me. She tells it like it is and I appreciate that. I've been forthright and honest with her even and she accepts my honesty and carefully explains to me why it is important to change my behaviors and address my thyroid condition with healthy life choices in addition to my medication.

Polite, professional, cheerful, and competent front and back office staff!
Excellent physician who wasn't rushed, who listened to me, and devised a collaborative plan of care. She provided needed education in a manner easily understood.
I'm very grateful I found such a caring, well trained, and skilled physician.

The entire staff was very efficient, warm, & welcoming! I felt appreciated. The Dr was thorough & made sure that any questions that I had were answered completely. I will definitely recommend this office to my friends & assure them that they would be as happy as I am with this practice!!

The staff is very courteous, friendly and efficient. Dr Arcon Rios likewise is too. She listens to what you have to say, explains herself in clear and understandable terms. I have been her patient for over four years and have never once been dissatisfied with her treatment of me. It is very clear to me that she truly cares for my well-being. I'm not just a patient or a number to her.
