Everyone is so kind and goes above and beyond to ensure the best care and support. I’m currently pregnant, which is not simple as a T1D, and the team has answered every question without judgement, made this journey more enjoyable, and shown genuine care, concern, and excitement! They are the best!!!!

I love the location. It’s close to where I live. I liked the entire staff. That includes the front office Staff and of course Dr. Arcon Rios. She is the ultimate professional and offers so many wonderful tips for things not even related to endocrinology. I look forward to seeing her every year and appreciate her very much.

I feel comfortable in the office. The employees are friendly and helpful. I especially like my doctor. she is kind and iffers advice freely without my having to prod her. she is helpful in advising medications and helping me get them with my health insurance company which has not been supportive of me in the past. She offered to intercede for me and was evidently successful because my prescription price was half of what it had been the previous month when I picked it up. the doctor is always kind and really cordial, but the most important thing is that she really listens and seems to care about my welfare. This is exceptional to me in my long experience with medical care.
