Efficiency, timeliness, cleanliness, professional staff, and great communication.
I really appreciated how quickly everything was handled and how smooth the process was. The text reminders and check-in messages were very convenient, I like that level of technology and follow-up. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming. The nurse who took my vitals was kind and respectful. Dr. Sirlys took her time, listened carefully, and was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience.

Everyone was so friendly, Dr Arcon was looking for how my new treatment plan (last few months) was working for me. She made me feel she was very interested in my health. She explained my new plan with new goals. It wasn’t just about going through the motions of my numbers and test results, which she did. But overall I felt my health was addressed. She gave me confidence in her as my new Doctor.
