Everyone was so friendly, Dr Arcon was looking for how my new treatment plan (last few months) was working for me. She made me feel she was very interested in my health. She explained my new plan with new goals. It wasn’t just about going through the motions of my numbers and test results, which she did. But overall I felt my health was addressed. She gave me confidence in her as my new Doctor.

Dr. Arcon takes her time with you, listens to your complaints if any, and offers solutions. She's professional, caring, kind and has an awesome bedside manner. She's a tremendous asset to the Baptist Healthcare System. She has my respect and I trust her professional opinions. I'm so glad I was referred to her.

From the point of check in the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Arcon was very pleasant and enjoyable to speak with. I did not feel rushed, she thoroughly explained things not just in layman terms. A very pleasant experience.
