Staff was pleasant, courteous, and helpful. I did not have a long wait before seeing the doctor. Doctor was very clear in explaining lab work results, and possible treatment needed. Doctor listened to my concerns and answered all questions asked. I felt comfortable and heard.

I was impressed with the very short time I waited to see the Doctor. Also impressed by the fact that she had a already reviewed my information. She was aware of all my history, Rex’s, tests, & procedures in my immediate future. She had a plan for me to stop taking certain supplements and the reason why. Also what I needed to take to get me through this crisis and help me get to where I need to be, and about how long it will take. I am very impressed. I am very hopeful. I am very happy to be in her care…

Dr. gives full attention to the patient. Comprehensive discussion between patient and Dr. with time for patient questions and thorough answers.

Dr. Jami takes her time to listen to what I have to say and is very efficient about getting things done- appointments made, prescriptions called in, etc.
On Wednesday I had an appointment to see her in person, but had injured my foot the day before and called up to postpone the appointment due to difficulty walking. Instead we worked out a virtual appointment for that time, which was flexibility I appreciated. She volunteered to arrange for an x-ray for my foot, which obviously is not endocrinology.
I went to a UF walk-in right after that and did have a fractured metatarsal bone on my right foot, which was why it was swollen and bruised. I was fortunate to see a podiatrist the following day at Southeast Ortho and got fitted for an ortho shoe.
Patty did follow up on an appointment for 6 months, but I was in the podiatrist's office and couldn't talk. I'll call soon and make one. it's a kind and well-run office!
