Baptist Endocrinology Mandarin, Jacksonville, Florida, and Dr. Jami are great. They always listen to you and really care about how you are doing. They order labs and procedures to make sure you are as healthy as you can be. I highly recommend them.

I like the spaciousness of the office, the brightness due to the windows, and comfy furniture. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The nurses are very professional. And I really love my Endocrinologist, Dr. Jami.

Dr. Jami is very warm and caring as well as very willing to communicate every Nth degree of medical information to me. She is willing to take the time to listen to my sometimes longwinded detailed explanations and knows when to take the conversation back. She even calls personally after the visit to further explain whatever she felt I didn't take in during the visit. These traits from a medical professional are refreshing. So often, a medical visit is so devoid of warmth one can forget what actually transpired, so with that, I'm happy to have been referred to her practice for my issues.
