Dr. Jami is very warm and caring as well as very willing to communicate every Nth degree of medical information to me. She is willing to take the time to listen to my sometimes longwinded detailed explanations and knows when to take the conversation back. She even calls personally after the visit to further explain whatever she felt I didn't take in during the visit. These traits from a medical professional are refreshing. So often, a medical visit is so devoid of warmth one can forget what actually transpired, so with that, I'm happy to have been referred to her practice for my issues.

Dr. Jami is wonderful! She takes the time to educate you on your condition, provide you with case study information, professional advice, preventative health measures, and is polite, kind and amiable. She has been patient with me in times where I was scared or resistant to accepting my condition, but also firm in a way that has been very helpful to me. She tells it like it is and I appreciate that. I've been forthright and honest with her even and she accepts my honesty and carefully explains to me why it is important to change my behaviors and address my thyroid condition with healthy life choices in addition to my medication.
