Ashley is always respectful and thorough. She listens and takes the time to explain options to help with the pain and a course of action to improve it. My goal is to get help that will give me better quality of life, that will make it possible to remain active, without strong pain medication or another surgery on my spine. Ashley has the same goal in mind for me.

If you need follow up appts they are never in the time frame that ashley gave you if you need a appt a week after procedure you are lucky if you can get one 1 within a month

Ashley and her team are amazing. From the receptionist to the nurses and other staff. It's nice to know some is fighting and helping when you need it most. I would recommend this office to everyone.

This medical group and all the staff are great however they are really popular so they are really overloaded with patients so getting into see them sometimes takes some time & understanding

The intake appointment was scheduled 5 weeks out, which, I believe was too far out. However, stopping by in person got an appointment 3 days later, and that was outstanding. The procedure being scheduled 3 weeks out is also a little disappointing. However, we were encouraged to check back frequently for any sooner openings, and that is a very welcoming and encouraging act. Those are the only criticisms we have, and I know the staff can't be held accountable for availability or lack there of. Everything and everyone else from the front desk, to the nurse aid, to Ashley were all exceptional. Their friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and empathy were all top shelf. We can't say enough good things about the staff and service. Thank you.

Getting an appointment in a timely manner was the most disappointing feature of this office. I had to wait approximately 2 months to get an initial consultation. Once I was able to be seen - the staff was fantastic. Hopefully I’m on a plan to become pain free.

I’ve been very impressed with the care and treatment that I have received at Pain Management. Everyone is caring and polite. They will listen and answer any questions. And I have a lot. I have gone to a similar practice nearby and was not happy there. I am so very pleased with the results that I’m getting here. They truly try to figure out what is going on and try to help you. I’m forever thankful to them.

They are always overbooked. I have lower back and neck issues. And getting both of them with no pain at same time is rare. Sometimes takes 2 months to get treated each time on each issue. And being in constant pain is no fun. [NAME]

Everybody in the office is kind courteous and well-mannered and listens to you in whatever you have going on with your body I feel like I'm appreciated and not just a person to make money off of their further there accomplishments they actually listen I've been to many other doctors where you're just a number and push people through like an assembly line could care less about your personal problems because of the pain you're going through

The staff here are very friendly and professional. I was very disappointed when I was told that I should go to my neuro-surgeon for my pain maintenance or have injections through MyMichigan. I was sad to hear that as it's a very difficult decision to make. I called my neuro-surgeon's office and was told they do not do the same type of pain maintenance. I really don't want to lose my neuro-surgeon, but I need the pain management. So, I'm now in a quandary as to what would be my best option.

Dr Ashley tries her very best to get the medical help one needs to relieve pain. I am so grateful that I was referred to her and appreciate her efforts to make my life easier. She tries to make me feel my best and offers suggestions on helping with my pain
