Everyone is fantastic, very nice, informative and understanding. Only thing I can say negative right now is how long it takes to be seen and start treatment, especially when you’re in pain and nothing is working

Everyone in that office is a great blend of professional and friendly when either is needed depending on the conversation at the time. I always leave with an agreed upon plan of action and smiling because everyone is so nice and easy to talk to.

Waited 2 wks to get appointment sat in lobby on appointment day for half an hour when Ashley came in the room which was about 20 minutes after talking to a nurse her delivery was absolute spot on and she was great no problem or issues with the doctor other than the medicine that she gave me doesn't seem to be working it's only been about a week or so but the pain is still very much there the other issue that I had was when I called about the medicine not working or what I think was not working the first day I got an answering machine and left a message nobody called me back the second day I called and left a message nobody called me back so finally the third day I called back and told them that for two days I've been leaving messages about my medicine and nobody called me back then the nurse got on the phone and told me to try the medicine out for another week and see if it might work which here I am two days later and the medicine still not working so yes a phone call Will Go back

Ashley is dedicated and passionate professional. I have always been comfortable with her and her staff. I have been seen by Ashley for the last 4 years and I am confident that she provides me with the best care available. It would help if there could be another PA at Spine and Pain to help with the patient load.

Seems like a long wait to be called back.This last time was about 35 minutes.. not good when I have other appointments elsewhere right after. Besides that I really like everyone at this office.
