Ashley, and her staff are the most kind and sweetest people I wish I had been going to the spine and pain in west branch a long time ago and I’m so glad she’s my doctor and she is taking good care of me.

Ashley was wonderful and explained the results of my MRI and is very easy to talk to. I’ve had chronic pain for many years and some Drs make you feel like it’s all in your head and don’t listen very well. Ashley and her staff were great.

Getting a timely appointment is difficult. I recommended her office to a friend, he called three times and left a message and was never called back. This was over a year ago.

Ashley is a very comptent provider and I would recommend her. The only negative of note is the inability to get through to the office by phone. It takes numerous attempts as most of the voicemails left for the office (not Ashley) are not returned.

Ashley listens and doesn't try to have a diagnosis by just reading the chart. It is very busy at the clinic so it takes atleast 6 weeks to get in so plan accordingly. The only real drawback is you can't pay your co-pay at the clinic. You have to pay online with a credit card. It won't let you use your checking account. It wouldn't work for my kids as they don't use credit cards.

The office staff is friendly and professional. I've had good results with the path we take for my medical issues. They have been detrimental for my wellbeing.

Ashley was very polite when examining me and telling me what my next step would be to correct my problem! I cannot recommend her to my family and friends because everyone already has been set up with their own doctors! I thank Ashley for being here in West Branch, close by too!
