Great Had never met Kiley (nor have I ever been seen by a PA). She introduced herself by warmly greeting me with a smile while using my name. Then Kiley continued on with questions about any health concerns and showed interest and patience as she listened and took notes. Kiley was always engaged and engaging. It was a fine experience.

Shari Diamond is simply the BEST- professional, compassionate, genuinely caring, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. She takes time to explain everything and in today’s world of specialists, this is quite unusual. I am privileged that she is my doctor.

Dr. Phillpotts is friendly and easy to talk with. He answers every question and provides excellent explanations and sound advice. He is always prepared, fully-informed and up-to-date on my history and the discussion from our last visit when he enters the room. He takes an interest in my health status, generally-- -not just what may be in his immediate specialty. That shows that he considers potential connectivity, which is so important in our highly specialized medical system. I recommend him without hesitation.

Excellent Customer service. This is a Dr that knows his job and know have yo make a Patient feel well and comfortable. A year ago I was very sick with pain and swollen hand. I had an excellent experience with my rheumatologist, Adey Berhanu. To be honest, she is by far one of the best rheumatologist doctors I’ve seen regarding my health. She was incredibly detailed, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. I truly appreciated how she took the time to listen to everything I had to say without rushing me, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly.
I left the appointment feeling heard, understood, and confident in my care plan. It’s not always easy to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine attentiveness, but she does exactly that. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable rheumatologist.
