The visit with Dr. Phillpotts was excellent! He made my daughter Cristina, who has special needs, relaxed as soon. as he walked in the door. He is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining my daughter’s condition and treatment plan.

Dr. Phillpotts is a wonder doctor, and he has a warm welcoming demeanor. Because of him I’m still a patient at this practice. It’s hard to find a black rheumatologist, and he’s a gem.

The cleanliness of the wait area to examination rooms is refreshing, staff is attentive polite and genuinely show interest in assisting you promptly and professionally. Dr Phillpotts is pleasant genuine and shows interest in your diagnosis and explains in detail possible treatments and recommendations.
Very impressed by the professional standards at this office.

Both he and the nurse that assisted him were professional and helpful. Dr. Phillpotts listened to my concerns about my knee and we had a nice back and forth about my condition. He is funny too, always a plus. I would definitely see him again if I needed to.

Dr Phillpotts, md exceeded my expectations! This was my first visit and he spent a lot of time asking about my history and symptoms. He drained fluid from knee, and had an x ray and gave me a shot in each knee. Today, one day later I have virtually no pain and can walk. Thank you.

The kindest sweetest doctor in the world. Great bedside manner, makes you feel comfortable, very knowledgeable and thorough. I wish every doctor was like this. One of the best experiences at a doctor's office. Dr. Phillpotts should give a class to his colleagues on how to interact and treat their patients. I would have given him 10 stars...

He listened, reviewed my labs, reviewed my medical history, and provided me a diagnosis and treatment options. He also ordered additional blood tests to rule out the last possible thing it could be. He was very calm, took the time to explain everything, and thorough.

Office staff were great. Dr. Phillpotts listened to what I said. I appreciated his candor and explanations.
The office has its own lab and X-ray facilities which makes it very convenient.
This office is very busy, however I love their system for waitlisting patients .
