I was the grateful recipient of Dr. Phillpotts’ rare combination of kindness, warmth, patience,and extraordinary skill and expertise in diagnosing the source of my pain and initiating a thorough treatment plan. For the first time since the onset of my condition, I feel confident that I’m on the road to resuming my life. Fantastic office staff as well.

Dr. Phillpotts is always excellent. He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable and thorough! Also, he keeps to the schedule well; there is not a lot of waiting around during the appointment. I consider him my rheumatologist for as long as I need one!

Dr. Phillpotts took his time to hear me explain my symptoms. He listened carefully and examined me thoroughly. He took time to explain the likely causes of my symptoms and the various treatments available to me. He immediately laid out a treatment plan and I look forward to going back.

Dr. Phillpotts is one of a kind. It is difficult these days to find health care providers who care about their patients, ask in-depth questions, and are not in a rush to cycle through their day. I felt valued, listened to, and attended to. I wish all my experiences with doctors were like this one.
