I never felt rushed. She is very thorough. She doesn’t hesitate to consult with other doctors for their expert opinion. She’s extremely likeable.

Dr Fritz always takes time to listen and make me feel like he genuinely cares. I never feel rushed or treated poorly. I feel respected and heard. My overall health has greatly improved under his care. I am very happy with my care. His nurse is wonderful too. Always makes me feel she cares and is listening. Arbor health is a clinic and hospital I would recommend to anyone and I have done so many times over the past few years.

Crystal Florek was very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She is both professional and caring. On my recent visit, she listened to my concerns about a hurting hip and scheduled an appointment for me to get x-rays in a timely manner. I'm very grateful to have a skilled and kind medical professional like Crystal for my health and medical needs.

Dr Puga is one of the best Dr's I have ever had. I was with Dr [ ] for years. I have had allot of Dr's but she is so involved in my Healthcare it is wonderful. I feel I can tell her anything and she has a answer. Just period a great doctor that seems to care

Dr Fritz is very comforting personable he makes eye contact never has a computer or any other device in front of him that he is looking at instead of you he knows exactly what to do and I enjoy him as my provider

Dr. Pooka has an addressed and been successful on many medical decisions made about my health. My blood pressure is excellent now my pain management is much better. My anxiety is much better. Dr Fritz is an outstanding doctor! He has always shown great compassion and empathy. He also has no issues with dealing with my long lists of questions and health concerns and always makes me feel better about everything before I leave his office.
