Dr Hansen is great! He listens and follows up on all requests and issues. He and his staff are excellent in all ways

Been seeing Dr. Hansen for probably 15 years now and he has always been great. I have to say that since Arbor Health has taken over, the hospital has really stepped up their game. It use to be it would take a month to get in and now it only takes a week or less. The Rapid Care opening seam to have lightened the load. In seeing Dr. Hansen in the past, it seamed like he only had 5 minutes to spend with you and was just overloaded. Now he seams very relaxed Keep up the good work. [Patient]

I love it that Dr. Hansen listens to me, & always treats me like I know my body well (which I do) .. NEVER disregards what I have to say. Makes me feel like im his only patient... not in a hurry to get out the door. He's always eager to help me feel better by giving me all the options available. Best Dr. I've had in 60 yrs! Wish more were like him!

&Dr Hansens upbeat, thoughtful attitude. Considers the patient situation (age appropriate care) advising what can be done but also how treatment could possibly affect the elder person as well, this gives much information needed in considering treatment.

Dr. Mark Hansen is excellent on care and to explaining medical situations with patients especially me. I have been with Mark Hansen for 20 years. You really need to get more doctors like Mark Hansen. His bedside manners, fantastic. He really does listen to you. He never makes excuses.

The receptionist went above and beyond to complete my appointment. I had a difficulty with my insurance company and they moved my appointment and put someone else in my slot giving me the time needed to fix my insurance problems. Great relationship with Dr. Hansen. Sharp and efficient.

Dr. Hansen is an excellent doctor/caregiver to both my husband, Allan and for myself. He is outstanding answering questions and discussing the appropriate type of medicine, physical therapy, additional tests or add a specialist to the mix.

Coming into the Morton Clinic has always been a good experience whether coming for myself or coming to help a friend. I feel like everyone works hard to help you get what you need. There is such an ease working with Dr Hansen. I don't go to the doctor's very often, but I feel blessed to be under his care. He's personable and truly caring, knowledgable and direct. I think he's a rare breed in the world of physicians today.

Shelly at Dr. Hansen's office got me in quickly at the Randle clinic when Mark was not in. Because of her follow-through I was able to get a UTI treated right away!

The emergency Dr is a wonderful Dr also. My leg was very very bad infected a b d boy he really got on. The ball in another day or two I would of lost my leg He and Dr Hansen really got on the ball with my leg

Ordered extra chest x-ray to make sure there was no small puncture in the lung from a broken rib. Went beyond just the regular x-ray.
