She is a great listener. She gives good discernment. She finds solutions and uses her expertise wisely. She is caring, knowledgeable and patient. I like her a lot. I Trust her with my care.

Crystal is very professional and interested in my overall health. She explains examples in a way that is accurate and compassionate. We had another provider prior to becoming assigned to Crystal. We instantly liked her demeanor. My husband and I are very fortunate to have her as our provider now.

Losing Kay Brooke's was a blow. But it took only minutes after meeting Crystal fir any concerns to evaporate. Prior to my appointment she had read my medical file becoming familiar with my history. She was war, pleasant, and engaging as she asked questions to get a clear idea of my needs. A follow up visit to check and maintain progress. I love her. So lucky she is here.

I have history of employment and a doctor's office in various positions and I would highly recommend this doctor's office for anybody who is looking for customer service satisfaction friendly staff knowledgeable outgoing and extremely helpful and follow up I am very impressed by this office one of the best offices I have ever ever been to

Crystal always listens to anything I have to say, she takes me seriously and works her hardest to make sure I get the care I need. I am blessed to have her as my main care team.

My visits were pleasant due to my provider C.Florek and the clinic staff in all. I had no doubt's of my health conditions. The time and treatment I received was factually thw best ever that I have received during my 67 years. When I leave the clinic I have no unanswered questions concerning my health. My provider orders medications that are covered by my insurance and had them fast tracked to my neighborhood pharmacy

Her time and understanding of my situation...I have been fluffed off about the problem in the past with a few other doctors about this and she seems to want to help me the first doctor to take her time and actually consider and understand how I feel... so far she seems to be great.

It has been over a week and I still have not heard about my x-rays or my blood draw in my kidneys are decreasing. Cannot get a hold of Dr. was told I was gonna get a call back and again it’s going on a days. Ridiculous did not spend time with me in my appointment to not prescribe any medicine I needed ridiculous.

I do not go to see a doctor unless I have to. Crystal made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Very personable!

I appreciated the ability to get a tetanus shot with no appt. The waiting room was a bit stressful, with several patients, young children, and a masked person who stated that they had Covid to the receptionist. There was no indication how long the wait would be, but fortunately I arrived before most of the people seeking care.

Crystal is an outstanding doctor and a wonderful representation of Arbor Health. Her friendly smile & warm personality make what can normally be a stressful situation so much less stressful & relaxed. No I have back and neck trauma and had a bad fall I went in to get x-rays I was in there for 15 minutes trying to explain to her about the plate in my neck and my lower back surgery I don't even think she looked at my file I was in so much pain and she didn't care she told me to go home and continue eating my ibuprofen even though it didn't work It was impossible to get any type of pain relief They told me to follow up with a pain clinic I was made to feel like I was seeking pain pills and that was a awful feeling and none of the doctors are equipped to deal with back and neck trauma
