It was a followup from the hospital, they called us to set up the appointment which I appreciated instead of needing to make the appointment. While the doctor was good he was a bit fast so I did not think of questions until after we left which was disappointing. However I was pleased with the over all knowledge and care of the staff we encountered.

Care was very good but communication is mostly through the app MyChartPRD which I do not think to use. I would prefer communication to be by a phone call.

Doctor had good knowledge and explains questions asked, is typically always running behind schedule. Staff is very polite, empathic and apologetic. Once it is known, how behind doctor gets, helps to plan the rest of your day. Like the office, both in Saginaw and Bay City, along with staff

I think my dr has serious concerns for my source of pain. They put me several different exercises in order to see what I can do and what seems to cause the overall pain. They are great people at this office . I had two choices for pain clinics. Saw someone at each clinic and found your office to be the better choice. Dr Bermudez takes my pain issues very serious. He does not treat me like I’m just an old lady with phantom pain. Nor does he treat me like I’m only a paycheck . This is rare in today’s medical profession.

Super fast yet through! Both Dr and his protege were very through and their game plan to resolve my muscle tear was very well thought of an professional. Office staff seems to be very good at juggling multiple patients.
