Always respectful and willing to provide additional information if I have a question. Due to mental health challenges, I will often ask for clarification of understanding, and sometimes ask the same question twice. I personally find this annoying and am grateful that I have never been shamed or met with anything other than patience. My joint issues have been lifelong and it is relieving to be heard by Dr. Bermudez rather than experience gaslighting about pain and ability.

Very good provider first time here was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me educated to me what was wrong with my shoulder and we’re moving forward with it. I’m very grateful.

I got in quickly and I was told each steps to help with the process to help get pain relief. Office visit Shot MRI Physical therapy (not yet started) Possible surgery in 6 month
