If an MRI is ordered you need to schedule it yourself. They tell you someone will call to schedule, even after you fill out the forms. Dr Bermudez was great! Staff when you call is great! The scheduling is sub par. Even after my MRI, MyMichigan never notified Dr Bermudez’s Office of my results. I got my bill for my MRI in the mail so I called Dr’s office to find out the results. An appointment was promptly scheduled which was great. It was two months from the time an MRI was ordered until it occurred. It was another month when I got my bill. I got my results from Dr Bermudez the following week when I called. When they say scheduling will call, they don’t. When they say the results will be sent to the Dr and they will call for appointment. They don’t. The Dr’s office communicates great! Communication with the MRI scheduling and results is the problem.

He really listens to what you have to say, Very friendly.ans so is the staff. I had an allergic reaction to one of my pain shots, and the nurse assistant was right on point. And so is the doctor to getting me.Okay before leaving, told me what I had to look out for with us being my first pain shot i would definitely recommend coming here.

Can not say this enough. Doctor Bermudez and his whole staff are absolutely incredible! Besides the comfort, they stay on top of all medical aspects to do with me. I never doubt they are working on my case and are getting back asap! They're always willing to go the extra mile! I can't recommend them anymore than I do already! Just always a great experience! Ty

I had my hip injected and Dr. did an excellent job I barely felt it and he explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend him.

Very professional, ordered test in the next coming weeks, sent me yo therapy to improve my shoulder pain. Had me set up an appointment for m wrist pain I like Dr B, very friendly, kind and took the time to explain everything to me!
