Answered my guest ions. First time I met Dr. Palla. Although my chart did not show results of a bone marrow test I had in [year] we were able to find her comments in her notes. I’m happy to have Dr Palla as my hemotologist.
Dr. Palla is very thorough and patient. He explains things and answers questions in a way that I understand. I strongly recommend Dr. Palla to any patient who wants a capable partner in fighting cancer. He's the best.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Caring, encouraging care. Respectful of your time with on-time appts. This has only happened once, where telemed device froze. Staff got it up and connected again quickly. Turns out Dr Palla had been trying to contact us via cell phone. It'd be helpful to tell pt, in unlikely event you are disconnected during telemed appt., he will try calling you, as we silence our phones during our appt.
What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Pall is very good, and I am happy with my care. But it always seems like he is in a rush once he gets in the actual office. He gets right to the point of the appt and then is ready to end the appt. The last appt his phone went off 3 times (I assume he had an emergency). I did get all my questions answered but just felt rushed.
