Everybody there was great very helpful. It was a great visit. They took care of everything that was needed to be looked at feel like I’m going in the right direction. Dr. Kramer is a good doctor.

I needed help with my prescription Insurance coverage. A prescription was denied because of no response from the office. I was advised to ask the receptionist to scan the letter into my file and someone would take care of it. I have not heard anything from anyone.

I had an emergency and the office was able to fit me in that day. They are a great office. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I really liked Dr. Greenberg. He was thorough in his exam. He explained to me what was happening and how to proceed.

Well, the gal at the front desk, closest to the hallway, does it all - check in, check out, future appts, billing - what a gem!
And the tech who did all my assessments was a real pro!

Check in was okay and I was taken at my scheduled time. Eye tests were done in a timely manner with a friendly and knowledgeable person. Doctor was prompt and finished some tests and explained everything as she was doing it.
