I normally don’t leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so this time. This practice is extremely well run. From the ease of setting up an appointment to the quality of care from staff to doctor. Dr. Confino is caring, extremely knowledgeable and after running many tests while I was in the office, put my concerns to rest. I have worked in the optometric field for 38 years, and I commend the entire staff for making the patient feel well taken care of. I will return to this practice if I ever have any other concerns involving my vision. I also will be sending anyone I know that needs a thorough and caring Ophthalmologist.

I had so many doctors appointments yesterday May 28,2024 came to early with my scheduled appointment but I asked if there is a chance to see my doctor earlier ..to my surprised, she Carole , Made it possible. Carole, you are very pleasant, knowledgeable and excellent customer service, thank you very much you make my day very productive and very easy .. thanks a lot for your hard work and to pleased your patient.. you are an Asset to this company ! The doctor was great as always, the front desk person however, was very rude. She was dismissive and impolite; she was so bent on not listening she gave us a new patient packet. If she is the face of the business, she should be more accommodating and customer friendly to ALL clients, not just the ones she decides.
