Check in was okay and I was taken at my scheduled time. Eye tests were done in a timely manner with a friendly and knowledgeable person. Doctor was prompt and finished some tests and explained everything as she was doing it.

The gentleman (new) who did my pre-exams was very nice and put me at ease. Dr. Kramer is excellent, he is very thorough, he makes sure he understands my full health and anything that may contribute to vision changes. He is very caring.

I have been going to this practice for eye care for years and they are excellent. As I am a retired nurse, I am very particular about the medical care I receive. I also expect to be treated respectfully anyplace I go as a customer and this practice is exceptional in every way each time I visit.
