Dr Alam was very helpful and listened to my concerns. I would give him and his staff all excellent ratings. The only problem is that Dr is very busy, with appointments being several months out, including tests with Dr.

Dr. Alam was the most professional yet caring doctor in his overall communication with me upon my first office visit to his care plan moving forward. He took uninterrupted time something I had not had for over 15 years with an out of network of Lee Health physician specialist office. The front office check in to the exemplary check out employee Rossio as I concluded my office visit and scheduled my return visit. Rossio's caring personality gave me such confidence in the office. Blanca was the LPN from the Bonita office that was a "floating" employee on the day of my visit. She was SO professional in her taking information to taking my vitals to going over my next steps in Plan of Care. My experience with Dr. Alam and office staff made my nervous and uncertainty of my health issue calm almost immediately. Thank you!
