Everyone in this office is great. Dr Alam is very friendly, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable about my issues. I'm very comfortable with the staff and the Dr and would recommend them to family and friends.

The front desk nurse helped me to see Dr. [ ] before he left for the hospital. I would have had to go home and wait for another appt. It was very important that I see the Dr.. Alam lot of extra time was spent for me. Thank you.

Dr. Alam was the most professional yet caring doctor in his overall communication with me upon my first office visit to his care plan moving forward. He took uninterrupted time something I had not had for over 15 years with an out of network of Lee Health physician specialist office. The front office check in to the exemplary check out employee Rossio as I concluded my office visit and scheduled my return visit. Rossio's caring personality gave me such confidence in the office. Blanca was the LPN from the Bonita office that was a "floating" employee on the day of my visit. She was SO professional in her taking information to taking my vitals to going over my next steps in Plan of Care. My experience with Dr. Alam and office staff made my nervous and uncertainty of my health issue calm almost immediately. Thank you!

We were extremely happy with the doctor and this being our first meeting to establish care he was very open to the information that we brought inaddition to what was previous charted … he appeared to be interested in my husbands care and we felt very taken care of regarding my husbands health going forward and the upcoming procedure.

There were no GI Dr appts available thru LPG when referral sent by PCP. I called 7 Practices looking to get in before mid-March. I called Dr Alam office 3x, he happened to have a cancellation. Very grateful I got in.

Dr Khalid Alam was very patient when he explained to me the importance of taking my [ ]. I thought I only had to take it for a couple of months. He said I need to be on it for a longer period of time due to my medical diagnosis I very much appreciate him being patient and understanding.
