Dr. Souchik was friendly, thorough and made me feel comfortable during the annual cancer screening. I am 80 and old school - he was kind and made me feel safe and answered all questions. Someone you could ask any question and feel comfortable.

I was very anxious about seeing a male dr. However he put me at ease immediately because his demeanor was friendly and he was easy to relate. Explained things very well and answered my questions

Overall, treatment was effective in removing skin tags. While the areas eventually healed nicely, I experienced more bleeding over the first 2 days than expected. It would have been good to be informed ahead of time that this was a possibility so I could be ready with bandages.

Very happy with my visit to see Dr Adam Souchik. Staff was friendly, wait was short and Dr Adam was professional and thorough on prescribing the right topical medication to help treat a skin allergy. I appreciate his optimism that the medication would offer relief and possible solution which after day three of using I am seeing results.

Dr. Souchik is very patient, truly listens to the concerns. I felt he was taking as much time needed to make me feel comfortable along with understanding the treatment. Dr. Souchik was also willing to try different solutions because it wasn't a definite typical problem

This doctor doesn’t listen and does not return phone calls. I have a high deductible ins plan and so I only go to the doctor if needed. I felt like I was annoying him at my appt and I have to follow up on my labs myself and he doesn’t call back to address my concerns. Terrible doctor. Will not see him again

Easy scheduling, great options for various appointment dates and times. Office visit was fantastic, from greeting at the front counter to scheduling next appointment after visit with the doc. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Front office staff can be friendlier. I realize everyone gets busy and work loads are tough to handle. The patient should never feel like they are bothering staff just to check in or check out.
