Dr. Souchik is very patient, truly listens to the concerns. I felt he was taking as much time needed to make me feel comfortable along with understanding the treatment. Dr. Souchik was also willing to try different solutions because it wasn't a definite typical problem

This doctor doesn’t listen and does not return phone calls. I have a high deductible ins plan and so I only go to the doctor if needed. I felt like I was annoying him at my appt and I have to follow up on my labs myself and he doesn’t call back to address my concerns. Terrible doctor. Will not see him again

Easy scheduling, great options for various appointment dates and times. Office visit was fantastic, from greeting at the front counter to scheduling next appointment after visit with the doc. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Front office staff can be friendlier. I realize everyone gets busy and work loads are tough to handle. The patient should never feel like they are bothering staff just to check in or check out.

My appointment was at 3pm and was expected to be here 15 min early. I waited until 345 to be seen. Was not once given a heads up that it will be a while, I had to ask and tell them I had to leave soon and miraculously I was able to do my appointment at that time

I was worried about a suspicious 'spot' on my arm. I was able to get in to see the doc within a couple of days. The wait time was minimal. He completely reassured me that it was not anything to worry about. Yay!

Dr. Adam uses magnifying lens to look at my skin. No other doctor does this.
