Staff was courteous and nice

My visit with Dr. Adam Souchik was efficient and pleasant. My results were also great. My experience has had some bumps, never with a doctor or treatment, but with the front staff. Twice now, they did not track my rewards or have messed them up somehow. I've now paid an additional $40 out of pocket for rewards that should have been applied. The young woman checking me out, called her manager, who never came out to see me, and just shrugged it off. Hospitality should still be important. They should offer to double it up next time or pay out of pocket for their mistake. I let the first one go, but was upset to see the same thing happen again this past week. I WOULD recommend the doctors here but have not had good experiences with the front staff. That is why you will see my "would you recommend" so low. I wouldn't trust that the same wouldn't happen to other people in my network of friends and family.

Dr Adam introduced himself and knew my name and just said I had said about a bump below my eyebrow. He took a look and explained what it was. I said I would like it removed and he said no problem and the best way was to freeze it. Explained that there would be some pain and would sting. Then he froze it, and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience.

The nurse that removed my stitches did an awesome job. I did not feel a thing.
