Staff wasn't too warm, and the visit was super quick. I had to pay for the visit, which I was a little surprised by since I have insurance.

My appointment was at 3pm and was expected to be here 15 min early. I waited until 345 to be seen. Was not once given a heads up that it will be a while, I had to ask and tell them I had to leave soon and miraculously I was able to do my appointment at that time

I was worried about a suspicious 'spot' on my arm. I was able to get in to see the doc within a couple of days. The wait time was minimal. He completely reassured me that it was not anything to worry about. Yay!

Initial visits as a new patient to a practice are always clumsy. Aside from the forms and history paperwork, the visit was good: only a minor wait, helpful, friendly and knowledgable doctor and staff.

I wasn’t offered more than one treatment option for each of two problems. The meds are very expensive. I’m concerned that my nose wasn’t thoroughly examined for cancer. I wasn’t offered the chance to remove toenail polish which I forgot to do before coming to my appointment.
