Being the patient when you are use to the reverse I am reminded there is good and there is great. It is refreshing to see care in patient care still exists!

First appointment with Dr. Bethany after my prior doc retired. She was well prepared, having read my file. I like her manner, and she was great at sharing info with me about treatment recommendations.

Told me news I didn't want to hear (that I have to go on a medication) yet put me at ease with it. She speaks in medical terms that are understandable. She's wonderful. The other staff at her office are wonderful, too.

What a pleasure to spend time with Dr. Berhanu. She was so thoughtful in listening to me and thinking through what steps I could take to address some deteriorating arthritis issues. Her recommendations made sense for me. I never felt rushed or not heard - two amazing reactions to a doctor's visit!

Dr. Berhanu is a great doctor. She is empathetic, attentive, caring and, above all else, competent. I used to see another doctor at this practice who I really respected and was very anxious about his retirement and transitioning my care to another physician. Dr. Berhanu relieved all of that anxiety in my first appointment. She jumped into my care without missing a beat. Unlike other doctors she doesn't skip over symptoms or push things off to other specialists. She looks at the whole picture. While she thinks out loud and makes decisions during your appointment, you can tell that the time you're in office isn't the only time she spends on your case. Rheumatic conditions are hard. Diagnosis and treatment is a long and difficult journey for patients and it's evident she truly understands that. I'm very happy with my choice to have Dr.Berhanu as my rheumatologist.

Dr. Berhanu is wonderful!!! She is careful, she’s thorough, she is friendly and pleasant and hopeful. She listens and prescribes a way of going forward that will take care of the issue plus put the patient at ease. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Dr. Berhanu was very thorough and thoughtful. She explained all possible treatments that would be available to me if needed after I received my DEX test results. I felt as though I was being heard and not dismissed. I would highly recommend her services.

The front desk receptionists were cheerful and responsive - a huge gold star because so many offices stumble here. Dr Berhani was terrific - thoughtful, informative, a good listener. I can’t recommend her more.

Dr. Berhanu is truly exceptional! She took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns and fully understand the journey I’ve been on with my condition. She then crafted a thoughtful, strategic treatment plan, carefully explaining each aspect—covering potential side effects and providing a realistic timeline for progress.
This level of comprehensive care is a first for me. While many doctors may excel in certain areas, Dr. Berhanu exceeded all expectations, delivering on every front. Her care, professionalism, and empathetic approach are nothing short of outstanding. I cannot speak highly enough of her!
