From the moment I walk into the medical office, there is a calm feeling. The team is courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and it starts at the top. Dr. Kaiser is personable, knowledgeable and openly and honestly discusses treatment. Moreover, she’s kind and caring and knows her area of practice extremely well.

Great experience. Dr. Berhanu is thorough, listens to her patients, and spends the time necessary to discuss patient and treatments. She explains what she's looking into and how along with the next steps and treatment. She shares her expertise and treatment plans. Highly recommend!

Dr Kaiser was excellent in clearly explaining to me my condition, and was very thorough in explaining my treatment options, along with a clear analysis as to why she was recommending a specific course of action to address my medical issues. She is personable and carefully listens to the patient’s concerns and questions. I have a high level of confidence that I am in good care with her as my physician.

Dr. Worthing is highly professional, friendly, attentive to my concerns, thorough in providing information and next steps for my treatment. It is always a pleasure to meet with him (even though I do my best to stay out of doctors' offices). I highly recommend him. You will be in good hands.

Highly recommend. Dr. Wolfe has an amazing ability to connect and explain a treatment plan to a newly diagnosed patient, me, with rheumatoid arthritis. I had been in a lot of pain and so fatigued. My husband and I actually teared up with relief after our visit with Dr Wolfe.

Dr. Berhanu is truly a gem. Her bedside manner is stellar. She took so much time to get my full history, actively listen, asking really good questions and devise a course of action. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just a number on her long list of patients to see. I spent minimal time with the tech and much more time with her which I loved. She did the full intake herself. I’m really happy I was referred to her.

Met with Dr. Wolfe to clarify the order of a number of medical procedures I need to complete before I could begin an infusion series I need.

Dr. Berhanu is not only an excellent provider that was able to identify and support my chronic and undiagnosed issues better than any provider previously- she’s also patient and actually listens, and has a great sense of humor. I’m not one to leave a review, but it’s incredibly hard to find a doctor with all of her skill sets. I highly recommend.

Dr. Worthing saw me for reviewing possible RA and was extremely thorough and had a gentle demeanor that put me at ease. He listened intently, and was generous with information and shared the thought process behind his questions as he helped sort out the complex diagnostic process. I was extremely happy with my encounter and definitely plan to continue with him and the ARA practice, even though it is located rather far from my home. It is well worth the drive. The office staff was great as well. Caring, helpful and informed.
