Dr. Kaiser was superb in every way: an expert at the top of the profession, able to translate her expertise into a meaningful and personalized exchange, and a nicely-tailored treatment plan. She asked questions carefully and pursued the answers in an encouraging way. Her answers to my own questions felt both complete and accessible. She managed the neat trick of being in obvious demand without appearing rushed. Brava!

Dr Kaiser has been my provider for more than 10 yrs. She’s experienced, knowledgeable and always willing to help. She’s direct and to the point and takes that extra time to see and hear you, then analyze and put your concerns in their proper prospective! Even though I see her once per year, that is a testament to her care!

Laura Robbins has been wonderfully helpful since my Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis. She's knowledgeable and thoughtful, she listens patiently, and she provides helpful suggestions. Though my symptoms are relatively mild, I imagine that her kindness and calm would be even more of a lifeline if I were experiencing severe symptoms.
