He asked me all the appropriate questions took all my vitals gave me a talk of what he was going to do and solved my problem. I was in a lot of pain and I needed that prescription ASAP. He was very accommodating.

He did his best, but I haven't heard from him since. I was told that once something was detected, I would receive further information. And if some did call I requested communication via my chart as well. Therefore there is really not excuse for the ball drop.
