I am so grateful for Zoran's care! I was disoriented after my accident and couldn't quite grasp what was happening. Zoran was very patient with me, took time to explain the injury/symptoms, provided instructions for getting to NW hospital and followed up with a call as promised while I was still at the hospital. As I remember he had to repeat some information more than once to make sure I understood next steps. Many thanks!
