Dr. Havenhill was very professional and thorough. It was clear he had reviewed my case beforehand, and he was willing to answer my questions and provide explanations. I felt very confident in his knowledge (including his willingness to acknowledge unknowns with my case) and that he wasn't rushing towards surgery without clear reasoning of risks and benefits. I would highly recommend him in particular.
