I am a new patient to this facility/ northwestern. Very disappointed that I have had to wait AtLeast over 30 mins before doctor herring even comes into the room. (Only my 4th time going to the office, one time i waited over a hour)! It is very frustrating, unprofessional and annoying waiting at the doctors office MUCH longer then i should be. You have an appointment time for a reason. ( and it’s not like it has only happened once, it’s every time so far)…

Dr G went over my recent labs with me and suggested some X-rays be taken in order to check for osteoarthritis since the labs were negative for rheumatoid. Suggested tx for osteoarthritis without a new expensive drug but things I can get cheaply over the counter. Good DO!
