I feel a lot of emphasis was placed on my weight regarding whether I could have a future surgery. As it turned out she was not even going to do the surgery. Her referral was/is going to do it. So why the comments in the first place? It’s not like I am not aware I’m overweight because I am very aware. I feel her comments were unnecessary and came across as judgmental. While I appreciate her concern for me it felt like my weight was her priority and not the issue at hand.
