My first cart I was in in pre- op was broken. They got another but forgot to transfer my clothes to the new one. As I was getting ready to go home they couldn’t find my clothes. Eventually found on the broken cart underneath.

I appreciated the care I received by Dr Kato. My case was not very involved, a slight break in my wrist. She was kind, engaged, respectful and professional. The PT that did my cast was also very good. I am definitely pleased with the care I received. Because this case was not so involved, I am giving an 8. If I had more extensive needs, I would be able to provide a better/more complete recommendation.

He’s extremely knowledgeable. I dealt with hip issues for over 20 years & he was the only doctor who knew what to do to treat my pain. Highly recommend Dr. Bhatia. After surgery, he continues his excellent care by being very involved with physical therapy & has a very specific protocol for healing.
