I understand the need to keep the visits to a timely matter but this time one of the nurses or aides had knocked on the outside of the patient door to the room in which I was asking a question of Dr. Mathen. He heard this knock and stood up mid-sentence and then finished his sentence as he walking to the door.. He did kindly reach out his hand and then said he'd lead me to the exit!!. I felt as though he was rushed and that made me feel like i wasn't getting all the answers to my questions addressed properly..
