Our nurse, Valerie Saffar, is excellent. She really listens and is giving of her time. She makes you feel heard. She is very patient when listening to questions and giving good answers. You really get the sense that she truly cares. She is also very thorough whether in asking questions or scheduling tests or following up on conditions. Valerie is a great people person yet has great technical skill.
