Because he is so patient he really wants to help. he is very genuine and really wishes to help his patients find the right medication so they can get better ,and helps by telling u what options in therapy would best benefit u ,so u can have a better quality of life .

He is a great Doctor , who cares about his patients , and takes extra time to help his patients get the right treatment , the best medicine for them , he takes time to give u therapy to help with negative thoughts and good ways to cope . He’s a great doctor and a kind man .

Dr. Bashir is a wonderfully spoken doctor of psychology. He is patient and explains things to me in a very sensitive and compassionate manner, that I can understand. I’m happy I reached out to Palos Hospital to assist me long ago.

He made me feel that I was being asked the correct questions. Felt by spending 2 hours with me that he cares , most doctors want to just move you along . Answered all my questions and we came up with a rationale game plan . I believe his plan will work and will see soon , all scheduled and meds ordered. Excellent doctor.
