She was nice but I felt rushed out the door. She said she was going to look up mail order pharmacies for this medication she said I need. I thought she would be back. Then a few minutes later her MA comes in with my discharge papers & tells me that she sent my order to a mail order pharmacy. I said, okay, why did she choose that one & I didn’t know she wasn’t coming back. She never said goodbye. I set it up and my Rx is on it’s way & so far it’s no charge to me. The tech said it would be around $50/month so I hope everything will be as expected & my insurance just covered more. Her MA that I saw was very nice.

Personable in demeanor and conversation. Good eye contact. Listened to my experience and reason for appointment. Review of actual xrays taken, for which I am paying:). I did not see her inputting those notes into any system or writing them down. Perhaps that happens immediately after? Actionable, written instructions to take with me.

Dr Cisco told me that she doesn’t know why Dr. Smith would have told me to go see my podiatrist. In his notes he says my problem is related to my hips but he never told me that. I’m glad she did.
