Dr Lechman is highly professional, honest and non-judge mental. He listens with sincere concern and makes the appropriate recommendations. As a parent and having previously been in the business world, he gets it.

I like his way of practicing- he’s always good about showing us growth charts, asking our boys about their school, makes us feel we can be honest about anything we need guidance in.
