He’s a great doctor. I find that he is friendly and answers questions throughly. My daughters have seen him since they were born and I’d recommend him to a friend.

He's been my daughters' MD since birth and has always made her feel at ease - never a moment in which he doesn't have her laughing and able to communicate to him about herself, home and school life. She knows that Dr. Lechman is there for her medical needs and also one that she can confide in. That's very important to my daughter. At her age she's learning about trust in others that play a significant role in her upbringing.

Peter is thorough, personable, and a realist who tells it like it is. We love his candor and wry sense of humor, but most of all his obvious competency and the way he interacts with us and our son.

Dr. Lechman has been our primary pediatrician since 2006. He knows our children and takes excellent care of them. He is very smart and highly professional, but also takes the time to understand our family and our parenting style.

Though at first he wasn’t aware we were new to his practice, the doctor walked into the room without a greeting and went straight to the computer and started asking questions. First impression not great. He spent a good deal of time with us. My son is 11 and had to ask the doctor to turn around and look at him a couple times so he could show him something. Not a real warm introduction but will give him the benefit of a doubt for future visits.

A very open and caring doctor, Dr. Lechman remembers our first born and recalled how much our newborn looks like the sibling. A very personalized visit! Had all positive feedback on caring for our second born.

He is a great listener, takes his time and doesn’t rush, treated me with respect. I appreciate that he takes into consideration everything I say without making me feel patronized or irrational. I feel like a team trying to figure out what’s going on. The reason I didn’t give a 10 is because he runs incredibly late, but I image it’s bc he’s thorough and taking time to listen.

Dr. Lechman has been our pediatrician since our first child was born 15 years ago. He is professional, incredibly smart and truly cares for his patients. My husband and I recommend him every time we have a chance!
