She is the best of the best. I have been with her in the operating room for two procedures and her Knowledge of pre, current and post Operations is outstanding. In addition To her knowledge she has a bed Side manner that puts one at ease and confident. looks like she has Uncovered a misdiagnosis I received from a Duly Group Primary care Physician. She has a skill set that can help a lot of patients. Especially the older Folks. Like me e. g. 84 Years.

The examination that I received from Patricia Phelps was the most comprehensive of the many I’ve had. Her recommendations were were based on that physical examination and the improvements I made in Occupational Therapy. She has a plan for my continued healing.

She is a wonderful asset. She is caring and she always make sure you understand what you need to do to get better. She lets you know to take it easy and not to rush healing. She wants to see you doing better and she is always sharing tools to make this happen.
