Same as above. Ms. Phelps took all the time necessary to review my surgery results, answer my questions, ensure I continued to do what is necessary to ensure a successful recovery, and prepare for the next steps of spinal physical therapy at the appropriate time.

This healthcare team is exceptional! I always get taken back to see the PA or doctor almost immediately. They are so nice and caring. They take their time with you to explain everything. Best doctors office I’ve ever been to.

Patricia Phelps was very compassionate and said she would try to have conversations on my behalf but warned that she probably couldn't help me. I don't blame her- I didn't have much confidence going into this appointment, but I appreciate the conversation.
