I saw Dr. Desai for the first time today after my cardiologist went on a medical leave of absence and it was obvious to us that he had looked at my records and scans to familiarize himself with my condition and test result prior to seeing me. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and he gave me the opportunity to ask questions without being rushed. He was reassuring and explained things in layman’s terms.
