OMG! I’d rate her higher than a ten if possible. Ms Guzman was absolutely fantastic. She was so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate to all my needs. I was accompanied by my daughter and 14 year old granddaughter at my 2 week follow up visit and she answered all our questions and concerns. She even explained and allowed my granddaughter to watch her remove my staples as my granddaughter has indicated an interest in nursing. Never once did we feel rushed or that our questions weren’t important. I don’t remember a time I felt so important at a follow up visit. Your office should be extremely proud to have Laura Guzman in your staff 🤗
