After 10 or so visits with Aleks I have significantly reduced pain, eliminating the need now for another steroid injection. He really listens to my issues and empowers me to have exercise tools to deal with pain that may happen. Mental attitude is a large part of pain management that he also helps me understand. I feel stronger and less afraid of the future. Very powerful!
