Dr. Desai is awesome and also cares about my best interest. It should be noted. It was special that the same person who called me to confirm my appointment was the same nurse that checked me in and checked my vitals prior to coming able to make the entire experience, much more efficient and a better quality communication. He was able to understand that I had the right mindset because all of us were on the same page and because I had a sore throat we were able to not cancel the appointment because we knew the difference between Covid symptoms and a sore throat. Great experience

Katie was extremely professional during my surgery follow-up exam. She explained all of the criteria for a good recovery and whether or not I was on track on each criteria. In addition, she had an appropriate and wonderful sense of humor, as she was "exploring my nether regions" (!) which really helped put me at ease in a potentially embarrassing exam.
