Totally ignored pt being in a lot of pain (sudden onset of pain) , did not perform any physical exam except quick check for weakness in upper extremities, only offered steroid injection and refused to order any medication to help relieve excruciating pain until injection possible ( in two weeks !). Suggested Tylenol and contact PCP, who recommended going to ER !
