Nurse Natalia is so professional, competent and excellent in communication. Not only in speaking but in listening as well. Plus, I was impressed how she thoroughly reads a patient's chart!:) Nurse Natalia, really has a grasp of the" 3 Cs"... Communication Competency Compassion More than anything else she is HONEST!!!:)
